Our Policy:
Buyer remorse or change of mind:
- Orders can be returned within 30 days of order delivery. Custom orders are not eligible for returns
- Returns must be shipped back to us within the 30 days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
- Orders can only be refunded if all products are unused and in original packaging and condition.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 2 business days to process and approve your return and issue a refund.
Refunds:
- All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee
